Always takes a while to get through by phone and unless it’s a real emergency always seem to have to wait to see a doctor face to face for a couple of weeks or more

For my blood test, everything ran smoothly nd wa taken in before my appointment time which was great

If you are able to call outside of very busy times ie pm you are more likely able to leave a message and get a "slot"

It's like all negotiations. Always help the person whose help you want.
