I am so impressed with the renal outpatient receptionist Natalie I have only seen her being attentive,smiling quick to resolve an issue and doesn't react to the occasional irate patient. She treats patients with respect and often knows the names of the patients without asking. If she says she will do something you are totally confident that it will happen. She is a great advocate for the patient.
