I find the service given by this surgery to be excellent and would have no hesitation in recommending them. The waiting area is always clean and tidy and the reception staff are always helpful. The surgery is run the way I feel a surgery should be putting the patient first.

The service is efficient and there is little delay in being seen. The Medical and Nursing and Reception Staff are very competent and agreeable. It is almost a pleasure to attend! Brian McAvoy

I usually see Dr Sree and find her very welcoming and extremely patient. Although I am one of her older patients, and in rather poor health, she never tries to rush the consultation and does all she can to help me feel better.The surgery is very well staffed and all staff members are very polite and happy to give any assistance I need.The surgery is always very clean and tidy. The doctors, on Mondays and Fridays, have walk in surgeries, requiring no appointment which is such a good idea. In conclusion, this is an extremely well-run surgery and I can't find any aspect to complain about. Rena Graham

I have been treated by all three doctors at this practice and each one is considerate, efficient and helpful. They are supported by an efficient team of nurses and admin staff. There has obviously been a large number of new patients registering at this practice, some on my recommendation, and obviously this has made it more difficult to get an early appointment. However the introduction of a twice weekly "Walk-in" surgery is a great innovation and helps to alleviate the problem. There are obviously many elderly patients in what is a predominantly retirement area and the surgery has been adapted to facilitate ease of access for those less mobile. The waiting/reception area is spotlessly clean, bright and airy and the Receptionists are very helpful even at extremely busy periods.

I have been a patient at the surgery since early this year and, cannot express enough the kindness, consideration, promptness and total way my needs have been dealt with by both Dr Sree and Dr Reddy, in my opinion, way beyond the call of duty, I cannot thank them enough. The staff are pleasant and extremely helpful.
